Mini-Course

The mini-course consists of four one-hour sessions. During the course of these sessions, we will address a specific area of boundary setting with which you are currently struggling. We will delve into a deeper understanding of what the issues are surrounding your difficulty setting boundaries in this specific area. This will lead to a discussion about what changes you will need to make to begin effectively setting boundaries, along with a final solution for you to implement. Should you decide you would like to work further with me, I offer longer term one-on-one coaching sessions.
